Agreement

By accessing our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders, in full or in part, and will issue refunds within five business days. If there is any discrepancy between your order and the confirmation or delivered items, please contact us.

Payment and Security

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or Swish. Payment is processed at the time of ordering. You must be 18 or older to use our services. Payments are securely handled through Stripe, PayPal, or Swish, and we do not store sensitive payment information. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Collection and Delivery

You are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time and location. Please inspect the goods upon receipt. We are not liable for quality issues caused by late pickup. While we ensure timely delivery, it is your responsibility to receive the goods at the agreed location and time. For any delivery issues, please contact us.

Online Store Usage

Petit Plaisir is operated by PETIT PLAISIR AB (559461-2615), located at Beckasinvägen 24, 131 44 Nacka, Sweden. These Terms apply to all orders placed on www.petitplaisir.se and form a binding agreement between you and Petit Plaisir.

Complaints and Disputes

Complaints regarding quality or delivery must be reported promptly, no later than the next business day. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN) and resolved in Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance, unless otherwise required by law.

Cancellation and Changes

You may cancel or change your order up to 2 business days before delivery by contacting us during business hours (08:00 – 17:30).

Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Petit Plaisir website is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our content without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Please review them periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
